日復一日，年復一年，御坂所事皆安裝、配置、使用，自民國97年從未變之。創新、開發之事，御坂全然無關。何哉？未學也。御坂非不願也——靜心之不能，即書之不可讀；書之不讀，即願學亦無用矣。
且學之爲何，何以學之，誠有例也，不可恣意而爲。只知其然不知所以然，知一辭而不知辭中理，成日言「機器學習」、「SVM向量機」、「隱馬可夫鏈」，問之又曰不知，此專家乎？抑或磚家乎？

Day after day, the everyday affairs of Misaka are always to install, configure and use software. It has never been changed since 2008. Development and creating are not at all related to Misaka.
Why? No learning. Misaka didn’t hate learning. However, Misaka wasn’t hard enough to read books, and reading is so important that anybody couldn’t study well without it.
And what to learn and how to learn should also follow the regular patterns. Know lots of terminology but not understand the elements behind them, make boasts of “Machine Learning”, “Support Vector Machine” and “Hidden Markov Chain” then be ignorant when being asked, WILL any expert do that?
And, Misaka reproaches herself.
